Hello everyone, I hope all your holidays were fun and festive! Things are slowing going to be getting back on track here, so get ready to pick up the pace again after the long winter!
I will be issuing activity checks, in which you will have a time requirement in which to reply and post something. Make sure you check your PM's today!
I am going to start looking for another co-admin. I'll be making an application form, and I will let you know where I will post it and when I will be accepting them. Please dont ask for me to let you be staff, or pm about it. I will start a thread where I deam necessary.
Current Weather
Weather as of January 9th, 2007.
After it seemed to snow endlessly in December, a change of weather has come around. The tempreature seems to linger right around 34Degrees F in th day time, melting snow and turning specific places into small ish marshes. In the night time, as can be suspected, the tempreature drops down to around 28 Degrees in average, freezing the icy water into rock hard ponds. Although this may be good for ice skating, it is difficult for horses to walk on, and it makes finding water a pain.

Character BIO's Before you can start playing, you need to make your character(s). You may have as many characters as you like as long as you keep them active! Please follow the instructions inside as far as how to post. Species allowed: Equines - Mustangs and Ranch Ponies Humans - and Ranchers. Moderator: Mariposa
Herds (5 sub-boards) Here are the Herds. If you would like to own a herd, you need to: 1. Ask nicely - I'll determine the situation like, if there are 15 herds - you prolly wont get one.. but who knows. 2. How many mares you have had join you. 3. The status of your character, IE: does he post alot, is he active enough.. etc.. Ranchers simply cannot reach the herds because of their far away, difficult to reach locations. The herds are off limits to Indians and Ranchers. You CANNOT be catured by natives here if your a wild mustang! Moderator: Mariposa
Companion Countryside (3 sub-boards) Stallions and Mares are allowed to come here and make friendships and generally just bond. Come here to: Find a Mate Breed Give Birth
USA Ranch (1 sub-board) This is where the Westerners live. Trained Ponies are docked in the Fort within their own stalls. Troughs, feed, the kitchen and everything needed for a home base camp is located here. Located inside is: Corral Moderator: Mariposa
Sargent123's Training Academy (3 sub-boards) These boards are under the supervision of Sargent123. If you have problems, want to join the academy or just want to know what its all about, she's the gal to talk to!
Chancy Canyon This is the ideal place for Ranchers and Native Americans to 'search' for that mustang they have had their eyes on. All horses must pass through the canyon to and from their home herd lands, making it a very dangerous place to get caught! If you have any sense Mustangs - travel at night in small herds, when the ranchers are asleep! The dangerous canyon walls are perfect for riders to hide in.
